Mezzini Pesto Calabrese is a pesto with red pepper, ricotta, Pecorino and Grana Pardano cheese. The red pepper and ricotta cheese gives a nice kick to this pesto based on traditional recipe from Calabria in Southern Italy.
Mezzini Pesto Red Pepper & Almond is a pesto with red pepper, almonds, basil, scallions and Pecorino cheese. The red pepper is the main ingredient in this pesto instead of basil and using almonds instead of pine nuts makes this a very unique and tasty pesto.
